Bethesda might be Pouring more Resources into The Elder Scrolls VI.

Bethesda, back in E3 2018, announced The Elder Scrolls VI game and said that they were full force into development, but the project was taking a slight side burner, due to other projects like Starfiled, that were further into the development cycle. It is now believed, due to job postings on their website, that further resources might be moving towards escalated development of the next Elder Scrolls title.

There was a Reddit user that discovered the posting and I quote " Bethesda Game Studios is looking for talented programmers to join our team that is pushing the bleeding-edge of RPG development for the PC and consoles." Furthermore, "Collaborate on the implementation of new gameplay features: player and characters’ behaviors, combat and powers mechanics, user interface, etc."

This is to be believed that the position is not for Starfeild, but rather to start pulling in new developers to push the development cycle of Elder Scrolls VI. Noting has been officially confirmed by Bethesda with regards to this, but they did mention that the new game would be using the new generation, cutting edge graphics engine for the new title. Todd Howard also mentioned that fans of the series would have to wait a while as they wanted to push other projects out first. I feel this might be speeding up though due to the job position posting made by Bethesda here and in terms of the requirements that they are looking for.

The next generation of consoles are also on their way and I also feel that Bethesda is waiting for these consoles to release so that they can take full advantage for The Elder Scrolls to launched on them. Bethesda did do this in the past with Oblivion, when the Xbox 360 console was on its way to launch back in November 22 2005. Maybe this is History repeating itself, but non the less, it is presenting huge excitement for die hard fans of the Elder Scrolls series!
