Control - New Expansion without a Foundation for Xbox One!

Control, which was released last year on the 27th of August by Remedy Entertainment, is now going to be receiving one of two of its major expansion packs - The Foundation on March 26th, but Xbox One will be lacking a foundation to support this launch it would seem.

Our main protagonist, Jesse aka the new Director, will be carrying on with the battle against the Astral Plane in order to preserve the Oldest House. Helen Marshall appears briefly at the beginning of the Trailer, as she had disappeared in the main campaign and now Jesse seeks her location in The Foundation.

There will be a free update, coming with this first expansion that will be adding some nice features to the game. It will add a new ability, Shield Rush, as well as the option of reassigning your Ability Points to change your build mid-game. There are some general quality-of-life changes and an upgrade to the map visuals coming for all players.

Control - The Foundation expansion will launch on Ps4 and Epic Games Store for PC , but there is a delay for all Xbox One Players as they will only receive the expansion on June 26. This is apparently thanks to a timed exclusivity deal with Sony. There is also no featured price for this expansion as of writing of this article on the Epic Games Store and it would appear like it is only available under the "Season Pass" option on the Playstation Store. This may change as well closer to the time.
