The rumours were true about Horizon Zero Dawn coming to PC and this is the information we have so far.

Whilst we do not have a lot of information regarding this port over to PC, Herman Hulst, the company's recently promoted head of worldwide studios, confirmed the news about Horizon Zero Dawn coming to PC in an interview with PlayStation Blog:

It is going to be something truly spectacular to experience on PC as Horizon Zero Dawn carry's such a strong captivating story line, epic action packed adventure and stunning visuals. There is no official release date for the game as of yet, but summer is around the corner so might not be much longer to wait.
