The remake for Resident Evil 3 Nemesis has been officially confirmed and a truly wonderful confirmation that is to hear. There was a special developer message by Masachika Kawata and Peter Fabiano about certain features that are coming to the game that we can look forward to.
They discuss the back story for Jill Valentine, giving you more information about how she fits into the Resident Evil universe within the scope of Resident Evil 3. There is short game play clips that show very similar mechanics to what we experienced in Resident Evil 2 remake from this year, with short overviews of Carlos and Nemesis as well.
Diving into Resistance, which will be the bundled 1 vs 4 Multiplayer experience, that will be coming with the full release game. There was a closed beta held for the game in order to get the relevant feedback on the mode. The core game play will involve an asymmetrical battle between 4 survivors and 1 mastermind. In short, the mastermind will use creatures and setup traps and the survivors will attempt to escape these obstacles. I feel this is very interesting concept that will be introduced to a Resident Evil game and I am really looking forward to seeing more information and game play footage in the near future.
There will be a collectors edition of the game on launch and provided in limited quantities. A Jill Valentine figurine will be joining the Leon figurine from the previous games collectors package. The figurine really has a lot of detail in it. South African pricing has not been released as of it, but will be going for $179.99 in the US.
Resident Evil 3 will be releasing on the 3 April 2020 for PS4, Xbox One and PC on the Steam platform. Get those running shoes on, because we have all become Nemesis target and all we can do is ......RUN!!!!!!
